Made up in Wool Couture’s Cheeky Chunky merino wool, he’s a lion quite literally in sheep’s clothing, but he’s so darn cuddleable we can forgive any species subterfuge. Measuring up at an impressive 66cm, he’ll tower over your teddy and take up half the bed, but also keep any monsters at bay – a solid trade off.

Wool Couture Cheeky Chunky (100% merino wool, 200g/130m) in Mustard and Dark Brown

Any black yarn

Any pink yarn

An 8mm (US L/11) hook
