Free blackwork dragonfly cross stitch pattern
Use delicate blackwork to create this sweet little dragonfly

Want to try your hand at blackwork? Well, this is the place to start! Using just one colour, you can create this beautiful and intricate dragonfly in no time at all. (Design by Rhona Norrie, originally appeared in issue 251 of The World of Cross Stitching).
We thought this little one would be great company for a pretty plant. Just back your project with iron-on interfacing, trim to shape, then fix to a stick (like a lollystick or wooden rod) to make a plant poke.
