Patrick Grant has been a key figure on the show since its very first series back in 2013. With two decades of experience under his belt, he made his mark in 2005 after buying Norton & Sons, a struggling Savile Row bespoke tailor.

- He was born on the 1st of May 1972 in Edinburgh.
- He is 1.9m tall (6"2).
- He studied at the University of Leeds and New College, Oxford.
- Before getting into fashion and clothing industry, he tried a range of jobs – from ski instructor and nanny to camp counsellor, landscape gardener, and model agent.
- In 2005, he sold his house and car to buy Norton & Sons (a bespoke Savile Row tailor established in 1821) and successfully revived it.
- He revived the E. Tautz brand in 2009 and won the Menswear Designer of the Year award in 2010 as a result.
- He acquired Cookson & Clegg in 2015 and also rescued the 160-year old business from closure.
- He is the founder of Community Clothing, to support ethical clothing manufacturing.
- He was appointed Honorary Professor of Business at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2013
- He now writes a monthly column for Financial Times House & Home.
