Fairy doors are simply magical. They bring a sense of wonder to both kids and adults and let imaginations run wild with possibilities. Whether you spot a fairy door nestled in the woods or peeking out from a bookcase, you can't help but smile when you see one. These tiny doors lead to an invisible world but of course, when we open the doors there's nothing there as we're mere humans! Tinkerbell, the tooth fairy, pixies and gnomes, any number of these creatures could be living behind your fairy door, it's up to you to decide.

To help you make your garden, home or woodland more enchanted, we've collected a range of fairy doors to buy and make. If you're strapped for time don't worry. We've included some doors which are fully finished, you just need to screw or prop them up against your chosen surface. If you have a little more time and want to get creative, we've included some plain, unpainted doors that are perfect for decorating. These fairy doors also come at a range of price points so no matter your budget there's a fairy door for you.

Give your fairies their own festive home with Artissima DE's set. It was designed as a home for the Tomte – a mythical gnome creature associated with Nordic Folklore and Christmas. That's why you can see Tomte's postbox! Including the postbox in your set up if your kids know the story of the Tomte or leave this wooden peice out for a more traditional fairy door scene.
