Owl cross stitch pattern hanging

Beware All Hallows’ Eve… an eerie night where ghosts and goblins roam free. Haunted houses, witches and jack-o’-lanterns are about while owls and bats fly through the skies. Capture the spooky forces of Halloween night in hand-stitched silhouettes with this festive own cross stitch hanging – it makes the perfect stitchy decor.
Designed by Shannon Wasilieff, this pattern should take about 8 hours to stitch.

If you're new to cross stitch, you’ll be sure to fly through this pattern as it's stitched entirely with only black thread - creating the detailed silhouettes and intricate decorative border. Once your stitching is complete, add coordinating backing fabric, fill with stuffing and add a black ribbon to hang these designs around your home in true spooktacular style!
We've stitched ours on to beautifully hand-dyed evenweave fabric from Polstitches Designs. The evenweave creates a soft elegant finish allowing the design to stand out. Jo Critchley dyes all her Polstitches fabrics herself, so each one is slightly different and totally unique!
