Try this layered Mackintosh rose card

Free art nouveau patterned papers

Step 1

First, download your free Mackintosh art nouveau patterned paper collection. Cover an A6 tent-fold card with some border paper layered onto black card. Cut the black card slightly larger than the border paper to create a contrasting border. Add a thick band on the left. Cut some Mackintosh rose paper to 6x11cm, layer onto black card, and attach with sticky pads.

Step 2

Print the rose panel three times. Trim away portions of the top two panels to découpage. Arrange on the card in the centre of the rose paper panel.

Step 3

Add the greeting and a dragonfly as shown. Complete the design with a trio of black gems beside the découpage, plus two smaller ones as the dragonfly’s eyes.
