If you're looking for a crochet project to really get stuck into, then you'll love this blanket by design legend Sue Pinner – throw it over your shoulders for nights watching the stars or treat your sofa to a floral update. The amazing colour effect on this must-have blanket is achieved by combining two different types of yarn, helping to make it a fun project that you'll love making. Once you get into the swing of hooking up the main triangles in this amazing and colourful blanket, you’ll be halfway to finishing it.

You will need:

  • James C Brett Northern Lights (95% acrylic, 5% viscose, 150g/450m), 4 balls of NL3
  • WYS Signature 4ply (75% wool, 25% nylon, 100g/400m), 2 balls of Blue Lagoon (831) and 1 ball of each Sherbert Fizz (847), Tequila Sunrise (856) and Rum Paradise (822)
  • A 5mm hook
