Just find the issue for the project you're making, download and print out the PDFs at 100% and then get your cutting scissors at the ready! We've included 10cm test squares so before you cut into your favourite fabric, check that this square on your printed pattern measures 10cm to ensure your printer has printed the file at the correct size.

Note: these pattern sheets don’t include our main dressmaking cover gift patterns – these patterns are only available with printed copies of the magazine in the shops. You'll also find a curated selection of our recent dressmaking patterns are also available online as digital sewing patterns in our Etsy shop, as well as many of our favourite sewing patterns for free here on Gathered.

Jessie NewtonSewing Production Editor and Embroidery Artist

Bristol-based Jessie lives a fabric-filled double life. By day she surrounds herself with quilts in her job as Production Editor for Today’s Quilter magazine, and by night she’s a talented embroidery artist and illustrator who runs Jessie Doe Designs. Her specialty is lovingly stitched embroidery hoops. Having always loved crafting, she fell in love with contemporary embroidery during her time at university and used it as a way to unwind from her degree in English Literature. When she’s not writing and editing the pages of Today’s Quilter, the self-confessed Harry Potter nerd shares her work and ideas on Instagram @jessiedoedesigns where she writes about craft, mindfulness and lifestyle on her blog.
