Who doesn’t love a sweet pair of baby shoes? Just their cute, teeny size alone melts the hardest of hearts! But you really can’t beat a handmade pair for adorability. These beautiful little shoes by Val Pierce tick all our boxes for baby cute. The cotton yarn is soft but structured to cradle growing toes, while the smart straps will keep the shoes in place on squirmy feet! This free baby booties crochet pattern is a relatively quick make, but does include some fun crochet challenges such as working in the round to make an oval as well as joining pieces together with crochet stitches. The straps are attached with a simple button, and then you can decide whether to embellish them with a sweet flower or not. To help you with some of these trickier steps, we've made a handy videos that takes you through the whole baby booties crochet pattern!
