You will need

• DMC Petra 3 in 53045 (brown), 5712 (beige) and 53805 (pink)
• 2.5mm crochet hook
• Darning needle
• Scissors
• Wadding circles, roughly 5.5cm in diameter
• Toy stuffing

Made up of one flat circle and one flat circle with sides attached, then stuffed and whipstitched together.

Work in your tail at this point
2 dc into next 6 sts [12 sts]

Repeat from * 6 times

Round 4
*2 dc into first st, 1 dc into next 2 sts [24 sts]
Repeat from * 6 times

Round 5
*2 dc into first st, 1 dc into next 3 sts [30 sts]

*2 dc into first st, 1 dc into next 4 sts [36 sts]

Gently coax the sides up, with the magic ring tail on the inside.
Cut the yarn and sew in all ends

2 dc into next 6 sts [12 sts]

*2 dc into first st, 1 dc into next st [18 sts]
Repeat from * 6 times

Round 4
*2 dc into first st, 1 dc into next 2 sts [24 sts]
Repeat from * 6 times

Round 5
*2 dc into first st, 1 dc into next 3 sts [30 sts]

Round 6
*2 dc into first st, 1 dc into next 4 sts [36 sts]

Cut the yarn and sew in any loose ends.
Line with three or four 5.5cm diameter wadding pads.

Line up the top of your pancake to the base, then whipstitch together to finish.

Using raspberry yarn

Round 1
ch6,
Join with sl st

Round 2
8 dc into ring
Work in the tail at this point

Round 3
2 tr into each st [16 sts]

Round 4
1 tr into each st [16 sts]

Turn the raspberry inside out and tuck in the beginning tail. Cut the yarn, leaving enough to weave through the remaining stitches. Stuff the raspberry before weaving the yarn through the sts, pulling it tight as you go. This makes a bumpy shape, which looks more like a raspberry! Sew in any ends.
